Need Help on how to build a site like imagevenue.com

Hey mate i wonder how to build a site like imagevenue a free image hosting. I want to have a website like this. How can i make image hosting website? how much fund do i need? I asked some of the hosting company i have hosted my some website but i dont get answer with them, I asked them if they have a ready made templates for image hosting. In which hosting company should i apply for image hosting website?

all that i know is, you need a script for a imagehosting
try to search in the forum for imagehosting scripts

thanks man i found some image hosting script in the forum, hope i can use it

you need a good domain name
you need a good host that allows certain content and has min down time
you need to get a good sript if you dont know how to code
you then need to put it all together and custom it to your style
you can put one together in around 15 mins but its going to be shit
the domain name is going to cost around 10 usd the hosting at first
will cost around the same maybe a little less

note: image hosting sites need good server security as they are easy
tatgets for hackers as they can upload sql injections to the server and wipe you out
