Time Out Problem

Over the past week I am having trouble getting onto s4l site and changing between pages with time out, message says 409 Request time out, anybody else having a problem or is it me, it is happening both on desktop and lappy thru wireless network. Not having problem with any other sites, any ideas

All problems fixed and working 100%.

Cheers neil, It appears itwas was fixed yesterday, due to server problem again.
